R&D Base of Beiben Heavy Truck Company formally Works

www.chinaspv.com: Beiben Trucks Group Co.,Ltd (hereinafter refer to as Beiben Heavy Truck Company) completed its industrial park of equipment manufacturing on 20 June in Baotou with the leading of China North Industries Group Corporation and the support of the local government, marking a significant milestone for Beiben Heavy Truck Company.

This industrial park covers an area of around 63.1 mus, of construction area of 18,513 square meters, involving the investment of 133 million Yuan in phase one. It includes new pilot plants of 10,784 square meters (labs for fatigue strength and durability and testing room for performance of whole vehicles), new R&D buildings of 7,385 square meters, mainly for project research and technology breakthrough by institutions and supporting companies as well as the products development. Research and development base integrates functions of preliminary planning, model selection, digital collaborative design, process design, simulation and physical verification, technology communication and information searching into full functioning modern technology development base of automobiles.

In recent years, Beiben Heavy Truck Company continuously speeds up the structure adjustment of products, closely hinging industry regulations, corporate prospects and market demand and gradually improves technology development platform of commercial vehicles as well as key components based on the new starting point of the new base, which will provide strong supporting technical strength for the prosperity of heavy-duty automotives. The using of new R&D base not only raises the corporate profile and improves the working conditions of research faculties but also realizes the breakthrough in assessment, design, analysis, manufacturing and lab verification of vehicles.
