Sinotruk Qingdao Develops New Open Loop Hydraulic Systems for Mixer Trucks

www.chinaspv.com: Sinotruk Qingdao Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. successfully developed new electric control open loop hydraulic systems for 3-5 cubic meters mixer trucks recently, capable of effectively increasing reliability and fuel economy not long before.

Different from the traditional opinions, the new design concept uses two-cogwheel pump and cycloidal-geared motor, facilitating rotation speed of 2-18 per minute and torque of 5000Nm, of the main parameters as the imported components. The domestic gear reducers are applied to reduce the costs up to by 60%, rather than close loop hydraulic systems. New improvements have lower requirements of the cleanness of the fuel, efficiently enhancing the reliability of the whole vehicles, meanwhile, decreasing engine power as well as fuel consumption.

As known, the systems have passed through the test verification in this July, performing well and stepped into the development of manual open loop hydraulic systems for six cubic meters trucks.
