The First Electric Mine Truck Successfully Developed in Baotou

www.chinaspv.com: BT3650 electric mine trucks are trial produced successfully in High-tech Zone in Baotou, jointly developed by Baotou Beigong Machinery Company, Tiansheng Heavy Industry and Tsinghua University and such new mine trucks with intellectual property makes an innovation of electric dump trucks of big tonnage, another big breakthrough of China’s innovation.

In Sep.2013, the local municipal government signed the cooperative agreement with Tsinghua University for manufacturing, studying and research, dedicating to R&D of electric mine trucks together. 11 months after, this new model of electric vehicles are successfully developed, whose rated loading capacity of 50 tons, recharging time of 10 minutes, full loading of 20 km and operation costs only reaching one fifth of that of diesel vehicles. BT3650 electric mine trucks feature with green environmental protection, zero emission and low energy consumption.
