Yuchai Assists to Fight Against Flood in Henan

July 27, 2021, Henan, China, Lately, Henan suffered from extremely heavy rainstorm and power failure. Yuchai paid high attention to Henan and helped fight against the flood with practical actions.

On July 18, Yuchai employees in Zhengzhou, Zhoukou, Nanyang and Luoyang gathered to establish a professional emergency squad according to needs, provide free maintenance for engines and guarantee electricity supply in hospitals and residential quarters.

Yuchai sent 600kW and 300kW engine units to Zhengzhou subway and 300kW units to Yellow River Flood Control Bureau and Zhengzhou Wutong Street sewage treatment works in need and sent technicians to guide customers.

On July 22,2021, knowing that Zhengzhou needed a batch of 50-600kW engines urgently to be used in rescue work, Yuchai immediately opened a green channel, coordinated storage workers and arranged logistical vehicles to send engines to Zhengzhou with the fastest speed. On July 23, Yuchai donated engines to hospitals to guarantee the power supply and treatment of injuries.
