XCMG Rotary Drilling Rig with Casing Oscillator Delivered to Kazakhstan

www.chinaspv.com: XCMG XR220DII rotary drilling rig equipped with XRC1500 casing oscillator passed through the test and has been delivered to Kazakhstan recently. This is the first rotary drilling rig with the deployment of casing oscillator for Nanjing Xugong Automobile Co., Ltd. (XCMG for short).

In recent years, it is not allowed to conduct construction with the traditional protection of borehole wall by bentonite slurry in many countries in Europe, America and Southeast Asia for environment protection. Buroto construction method gradually turns to the mainstream for the feature of clean, environment-friendly, high quality of pill drilling and concrete conservation. Among which, casing oscillators are dispensable, facilitating the smooth pushing and pulling-out of casing pipes.

Two striking advantages of this suite of XCMG contain: firstly, cost reduction is supported by power source from the main generator of the rotary drilling rig, without the additional power pump, meanwhile, the process of the transport of pump stations to other site can be avoided; secondly, the linkage of casing oscillators and main engines is realized through the pressuring of a rotary drilling rig, so that both construction costs and procedure of displacement of casing oscillators can be saved.
