The two subsidiaries, Mexico tire unit, named ELITE FAITH MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. ,and Luxembourg investment unit, named Linglong Luxembourg S.à r.l, will engage in the import and export of tire and tire raw materials.
The subsidiaries are set up to build up Linglong’s overseas sales network to speed up the two companies’ cooperation,”said the statement.
