August 23, 2021, Xuzhou, China, Lately, Xuzhou Construction Machinery Technician College signed “Blue Sea Talent” international talent class cooperation agreement with Erfurt IHK - Erfurt training center, which marked the new opening of XCMG international talent cultivation project.
Invested and built by XCMG, Xuzhou Construction Machinery Technician College follows closely XCMG’s international development goal, nurtures more talents and promotes high-quality development of China’s manufacture industry.
The talent cultivation project aims at introducing “dual system” vocational education mode, implementing integrated curriculum reform and achieving dual system in curriculum, scene, teacher, textbook, time and evaluation, which will not only reserve more professional talents for XCMG, but also set an example for engineering machinery industry.
Based on the cooperation, XCMG will continue to follow international development step, keep high level technician education and provide more talents for the development.
