Yuchai Machinery Launched “1235” New Strategy

December 30, 2021, Guangxi, China, On December 28, Yuchai Machinery held strategy news conference and launched “1235” new strategy.
 

In 2021, Yuchai not only made breakthrough in core technologies, but also gained excellent performance in market expansion. Since its launch of national VI product, Yuchai has put over 220,000 units national Vi engines on the market. In 2021, Yuchai sold 150,000 units national VI engines.

In 2021, Yuchai sold 27,000 units engines for traditional large and medium-sized buses, with market share of 54% and ranking top in China. In particular, national VI bus power market share accounted for over 80%; sales of normal engine was 160,000 units, an year-on-year increase of 32%. Among them, sales of agricultural machinery power was 110,000 units, up by 33% YOY, which meant that Yuchai finished the 100,000 units strategic goal four years in advance. The sales of marine electric power was 51,000 units, up by 53% YOY.
