Yutong Delivered First Batch of Electric Dump Trucks to Chengdu

June 28, 2022, Chengdu, China, On June 18, Yutong delivered the first batch of electric dump trucks to Chengdu, which marks not only Chengdu’s first batch purchase of new energy dump trucks, but also Yutong’s expansion in new market and an important milestone in green and low-carbon development.

The dump trucks are customized for Chengdu Yulinlong Transportation Co., Ltd. and adopt self-developed engine, power battery and electric control system, which has zero emission and lower operation costs compared with traditional fuel vehicles.

After the delivery, Yutong held a strategic cooperation ceremony with Chengdu Yulinlong, Sichuan Zhumao Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Chuanhong Machinery Co., Ltd. to establish stable cooperation relationship and further promote the deep integration of new energy heavy-duty trucks and green transportation ecosphere.

The signing ceremony started a new journey for Chengdu Yulinlong green transformation, and had positive effect in Chengdu traffic structure optimization, clean energy transportation and “dual carbon” goal realization.
