SANY Machinery help construction of Xiamen Xiang'an Sea-crossing Bridge

October 25, 2022, Xiamen, China, In the golden autumn of October, many SANY pavers and road rollers are working in Xiamen Xiang'an Sea-crossing Bridge with full capacity. The customer expressed great approval for the complete set of Sany road machines in the construction, "Sany's equipment has stable quality and perfect after-sales service, which greatly improved construction efficiency, and achieved good construction results!"

In this construction project, 2 units SSP90C-8 pavers, 1 unit SSP90C-6 paver, 2 units STR130C-8S double drum rollers, 2 units SPR260C-8 double drum road rollers and 2 units STR30C-8 small double-drum road rollers are used for paving and pressing, as well as a set of SLZ4000 asphalt station escort and supply stable materials throughout the whole project.

As the equipment that won the 2022 China Construction Machinery Annual Product TOP50 Award, the SSP90C-8 paver has shown outstanding strength in the construction process. With strong power, stable equipment, and efficient paving, it can easily cope with various complex working conditions, and at the same time, fuel saving efficiency reaches up to 20%, helping to obtain high-quality construction pavement.

In the post-construction yard, 1 unit SLZ4000 all-in-one asphalt mixing plant is also continuously supplying materials for the construction project.

This asphalt plant is also the equipment that won the 2022 China Construction Machinery Annual Product TOP50 Award. It also received high praise and recognition from customers in the industry, with high production capacity, high reliability, high cost performance, and 20% increase in mixing efficiency and 11.6% decrease in fuel consumption, which greatly reduces customer operating costs.

This construction project is a key demonstration project in Fujian. After completion, it will further improve the road network of the Haixi Economic Zone and the urban road network of Xiamen City, narrow the gap between inside and outside the island, and promote the integrated development of the regional economy on the west coast of the Taiwan Strait. It is of great significance for Xiamen to speed up the "Belt and Road" national logistics new channel and build an international comprehensive transportation hub city.
