Weichai 500 units new energy logistics vehicles lead to zero-carbon development

October 25, 2022, Hubei, China, On October 23, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation between Weichai New Energy Commercial Vehicles and Guohui Lvyuan Smart Transportation Capacity and the operation ceremony of 500 units Delan new energy light trucks were held in Wuhan, Hubei. The two parties will carry out comprehensive strategic cooperation in the fields of new energy light truck leasing, supply of goods, transportation capacity, maintenance and after-sales, and jointly build a new "zero carbon" logistics model to lead the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
 

The 500 units Delan new energy light trucks put into operation are Weichai's largest new energy commercial vehicle order of the year. They are equipped with Weichai pure electric powertrain and have outstanding advantages in terms of battery life, energy saving, intelligent experience, self-weight and carrying capacity.

This batch of vehicles is equipped with Weichai's "battery + five-in-one controller + motor + drive axle" pure electric powertrain, which is highly integrated, one-stop to meet customer needs, and easy to maintain, greatly reducing maintenance costs. Among them, Weichai 89kW·h light truck special power battery has the characteristics of high energy density, long cycle life and fast charging speed, the endurance mileage of which can reach 300km in comprehensive working conditions and the charging time is only 50 minutes.
 

In recent years, Weichai has vertically integrated the advantageous resources of the group's industrial chain and formed a layout of "pure electric + hybrid + fuel cell". This large-scale operation is another masterpiece of Weichai's new energy commercial vehicles.
