Iveco Daily chassis to be unveiled at 5th China International Import Expo

October 26, 2022, Shanghai, China, On the morning of October 24, the first batch of exhibits of the 5th China International Import Expo arrived at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), marking the official entry of the 5th China International Import Expo into the exhibition stage. The first exhibit of imported Iveco was unveiled - the Daily chassis truck arrived at the exhibition site.
 

As the first foreign commercial vehicle brand to enter China after the reform and opening up, it is the third time that Iveco has participated in the CIIE. At the same time, this CIIE is also the debut of IVECO Group in the Chinese market.
 

It is reported that a total of 8 exhibits participated in the entrance ceremony of the 5th CIIE, including the Iveco Daily chassis. Daily, which took 40 days to travel across the sea from Italy, aims to meet the needs of the experiential tourism market and the modified car market. It is oriented to the application of RV, communication command, fire protection, ambulance and other fields, and can choose pure electric, hydrogen fuel, etc. clean energy solutions to achieve zero carbon emissions.
 

The Daily chassis is equipped with a 3.0-liter F1C engine with a maximum output of 180 horsepower and a torque of 470 Nm, and meets the national VI B stage emission standard. It also adopts a Hi-Matic eight-speed automatic transmission, which can guarantee a great driving experience even in the congested narrow streets in the city. At the same time, the straight and thick beams and the support of the rear air suspension, which will not reduce the comfort of the vehicle while ensuring the load. The chassis is equipped with driving assistance systems, hill descent control and traction control systems, which further increases the applicability of the vehicle in different working conditions, such as mountain steep slopes, snow and sand.
