Under the guidance of the national strategy, CIMC Vehicles has summarized its core competitiveness that has ranked first in the world in terms of output for ten consecutive years. It has continued to deepen the construction of a high-end manufacturing system and built "lighthouse" factories. 22 "lighthouse" factories have been built at home and abroad, including 13 semi-trailer "lighthouse" production plants. CIMC is currently starting to build an upgraded version of the "Lighthouse" factory - "Lighthouse Manufacturing Network", dedicated to promoting the decoupling of semi-trailer LTP and LoM, using the third-generation semi-trailer LTP production center and LoM manufacturing network to build semi-trailer business nationwide and unify the strategic commanding heights in the large market.
With the blessing of CIMC Vehicles' "Lighthouse Manufacturing Network", the products adopt advanced technology of laser cutting machine blanking, robot welding, and KTL electrophoresis to create high-end manufacturing products, improve user experience, and promote the industrial revitalization of the semi-trailer industry in Northeast China.
