March 29, 2023, Inner Mongolia, In the Kubuqi Desert of Dalat Banner, Ordos, Inner Mongolia, the world's largest wind power photovoltaic base project, a 10-million-kilowatt new energy base project, started construction! Hundreds of bulldozers equipped with Weichai engines helped the work in the 4,700-acre sandfield.
The construction site has strong wind and sand, large temperature difference, and harsh working conditions. Shantui bulldozers equipped with Weichai WP10 and WP12 engines can easily provide three operating modes including heavy load, medium load, and light load, with high efficiency and a significant reduction in fuel consumption. Customers can switch independently according to actual working conditions, and intelligently match the operating load in real time.
In the northwestern part of China, Weichai engines are also used in large and small sand control projects. With reliable and durable quality and exclusive technology developed for desert conditions, Weichai products have won high praise from customers. Weichai will turn the "forbidden zone of life" into an "energy oasis" and "photovoltaic blue ocean" with the majority of builders together, and promote the improvement of desert ecology and the development of green economy.
