JMC E-Road won "Golden Panda Award" for its innovation

April 21, 2023, China, Lately, the 6th China New Energy Automobile Industry Conference was grandly held. With its outstanding product strength, JMC E-Road won the 2022 China New Energy Logistics Vehicle Technology Innovation Model Award.

JMC E-Road joined hands with CATL to adopt the world's first mid-mounted integrated battery pack technology, which is similar to the structure of new energy passenger cars. It uses LFP+ graphite square cells. The energy density of the battery system is as high as 155Wh/kg, and the maximum power of a single box is 100kWh, with a full load of up to 330 kilometers and a high cruising range. While greatly shortening the charging time, it can be fully charged to 80% in 36 minutes.

JMC E-Road first launched the flat-wire high-torque motor technology, which realizes all-terrain driving capability and high-load driving force, and the output power is increased by 20-30%, which is equivalent to providing 20-30 more horsepower, and the vehicle is more powerful.

JMC E-Road joined hands with Bosch to launch the SiC all-in-one controller technology. The SiC power module can reduce power loss and increase mileage on the basis of large power. The use of highly integrated and small-volume controller can achieve the goal of lightweight vehicle.

JMC E-Road adopts electronic hydraulic brake EHB technology, which has high dynamic response capability, high-efficiency and stable braking performance, and adjustable pedal feel, bringing users a more practical driving experience. At the same time, the technology optimizes the braking energy recovery ratio by 7% compared with traditional oil-to-electric products.

In the highly competitive new energy light truck market, JMC E-Road has broken the current technical barriers of new energy light trucks with its hard-core technology and innovative design, and has become a new benchmark leading the industry.
