Dongfeng Cummins’ 1.3 millionth aftertreatment products rolled off line

July 18, 2023, China, On July 12th, the ceremony for the 10th anniversary and the production of the 1.3 millionth set of aftertreatment products by Dongfeng Cummins Emission Solutions (DCEC) was successfully held. Cummins has taken another solid step in providing high-quality emission solutions and achieving sustainable development for its customers.

Established as a joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Corporation and Cummins in 2013, Dongfeng Cummins Emission Solutions is dedicated to the manufacturing of emission treatment system products that comply with emission regulations. As an important part of Cummins' global emission solutions business, DCEC possesses forward-looking design and development capabilities, mature integration of supporting products, advanced exhaust gas treatment technology, and innovative component research and development capabilities.

As of July 2023, DCEC has produced 1.3 million sets of emission treatment system products under various emission standards, including national IV, national V, and national VI. It has been honored as the "Best Supplier" by Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle for nine consecutive years.

Over the past 10 years, DCEC has been committed to the production of emission treatment systems for commercial vehicle engines. It has established a large-scale global production base for green emission treatment systems. With its efficient and reliable product performance, DCEC has gained a leading position in the national VI emission treatment system market. In 2022, it was also recognized with honors such as "National Quality Benchmark" and "National-level Excellent Scenario of Intelligent Manufacturing" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
