FAST Launches Automated Production Line for Commercial Vehicle

October 11,2023, Shaanxi, China, On September 26th, FAST Songzheng Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to mark the launch of China's first automated production line for high-power flat wire motors used in commercial vehicles. Ma Xuyao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of FAST Group, and Kong Zhaosong, Chairman of Tianjin Songzheng, attended the ceremony and jointly celebrated the debut of the first motor product produced on the automated production line. The newly launched automated production line features modular design, maximizing flexibility to adapt to the characteristics of small-batch, multi-batch production of electric drive products for commercial vehicles. The automation rate of core components such as stators exceeds 90%, ensuring stable precision in assembly line pressing force and accurate installation of critical components like bearings and oil seals.

Representatives from FAST Songzheng Company, Tianjin Songzheng Company, as well as officials and employees from Xianyang Branch and FAST Songzheng Company, totaling more than 120 people, attended the ceremony.
