FAWDE Changchun Super Plant Begins Production

On December 27, 2023, the commissioning ceremony of FAWDE Changchun Super Plant and the offline ceremony of Lightweight 440 Axle in G-Power Domain were officially held at the new axle base of Changchun Plant. It is another super factory officially launched by Faw Jiefang after Wuxi Super Plant was put into production.

FAWDE Changchun Super Plant, with a building area of 72,000 square meters and a total investment of 989 million yuan, has the production capacity of assembling and painting 320,000 drive axle assemblies. The most notable features of the factory are super green, super intelligent, super lean and super reliable.

In addition, the new generation of lightweight 440 drive axle produced by Changchun Super plant can achieve the highest transmission efficiency of 99% and the comprehensive efficiency of 98.11%; The drive axel is designed for a B10 life of up to 2 million kilometers and oil change intervals of up to 800,000 kilometers.
