As an important component of the product, the double main longitudinal beams of the frame assembly are formed by submerged arc welding of an integrated high and low variable neck beam structure. The upper and lower wing plates and web plates are made of integral materials (without seams), and are welded with three-in-one H-shaped steel. The crossbeams between the main longitudinal beams are made of C-shaped channel steel with a height of 500mm. The material is mainly Q690B (punching can effectively relieve stress and reduce self-weight). The height of the crossbeams around the edges is 160mm. The side longitudinal beams are made of H-shaped steel with a height of 160mm. The reasonable design of the C-shaped steel for the lock beam adopts Q355B steel plate. It adopts a high-low variable neck beam structure, which not only meets the requirements for handling and loading/unloading packaging boxes and parts and other materials, but also can be used for transporting bulk goods. The reasonable design of high-strength steel plate variable cross-section H-shaped main longitudinal beams, W-shaped through beams, H-shaped steel lock beams and side beams ensures that the frame has high torsional strength, strong load-bearing capacity, light weight and uniform stress distribution.
