Representatives from Shaanxi Commercial Vehicles shared special reports on its light truck product layout and vehicle service guarantee system. The two sides also held in-depth discussions on topics including power quality improvement, after-sales maintenance, spare parts inventory and adaptation for segmented markets. They defined improvement measures for concerns raised by distributors, further consolidated consensus and boosted the efficiency of manufacturer-dealer collaboration.
