March 8, 2022, Wuhan, China, On March 4, Dongfeng Motor Corporation released a report of production and marketing sales in February 2022.
During the month, Dongfeng Motor sold 10,349 units vehicles in total, up by 22.85% YOY. In particular, 9,599 units light-duty vans were sold, up by 34.61% YOY; 311 units buses were sold, down by 63.58%; and 430 units bus chassis were sold, up by 19.11% YOY.
From January to February, Dongfeng Motor witnessed a total sales of 27,529 units, a year-on-year increase of 10.02%. Among them, the sales of light-duty vans were 25,101 units, up by 15.63% YOY; those for buses were 1,145 units, a decrease of 43.48% YOY; and those for bus chassis were 1,261 units, up by 7.59% compared with the same period of last year.
In terms of new energy automobile field, Dongfeng Motor sold 915 units in February, largely increased by 101.99% YOY. And the sales were 2,266 units in the first two months of 2022, up by 40.57% YOY.
