Forland Linghang’s Sales Exceeded 8,000 Units in Suizhou

July 6, 2021, Suizhou, China, Foton Forland special vehicle customer appreciation banquet themed as “more professional special vehicles with national VI emission standards” and the ceremony of over 8,000 units sales in Suizhou was held.

Foton Forland officially finished delivering 2,000th units special vehicle chassis with national VI emission standards to CLW and its special vehicle sales exceeded 8,000 units in Suizhou, which was a milestone for the development of Forland.

According to Gong Haidong, vice president of business of Foton Motor Group, sectary of party committee and president of Forland business department, Foton Forland sold 10,610 units special vehicles in the first half of 2021, up by 34.4% YOY and the market share reached 12.2%. Micro special vehicle’s sales ranked first in the industry, and light and medium-duty special vehicles with national VI emission standards also saw rapid increase in sales after putting into the market.

It is known that Foton Forland special vehicle with national VI emission standards consists of micro vehicles and trucks. In particular, micro vehicles mainly include Xiangling V and M special vehicle chassis with gross weight covering 2t to 3t, which are mainly municipal sanitation, refrigerated van and other refitted vehicles.

Trucks include mini truck 2, 3 and Linghang S1, H2, 3, 6, ES5 and ES7 multiple chassis, with gross weight covering 3.5t to 22t, which are mainly municipal sanitation, hazardous chemical substance transportation, engineering rescue and other refitted vehicles.

Foton Forland plans to sell 25,000 units special vehicles in 2021, up by 40.7% YOY and by 7,000 units. The target sales in Suizhou are 10,000 units, up by 82.7% YOY and by 4,500 units. And special vehicles will be an important growth point in the 500,000 units target sales.
