SAIC Hongyan Delivered New Energy Heavy-duty Trucks to Hebei

September 6, 2021, Cangzhou, China, On September 1, SAIC Hongyan delivered 150 units charging electric heavy-duty trucks to Cangzhou, Hebei, which is the third time to energize Hebei green transportation after delivering to Wuan and Tangshan.

Since 2009, Cangzhou Railway Engineering has established partnership with SAIC Hongyan and purchased 300 units Hongyan LNG and diesel dump trucks so far, the reliability and fuel economy of which have received high recognition. Cangzhou Railway Engineering purchased 150 units charging electric tractors and dump trucks again to serve in rolls of steel and mineral powder transportation.

Hongyan charging electric heavy-duty trucks are equipped with 282kW·h CATL power battery and Ennenagon power change box. The motor’s rated power is 250kW and peak power can reach 360kW, which can finish battery change within 3 to 5 minutes and guarantee the attendance in short-distance transportation.

The delivery not only energizes green transportation for steel enterprises, but also contributes to the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
