August 20, 2021, Wuxi, China, Lately, first HE800FG high power supercharger adapted in QSK new platform with Cummins turbocharging technology went offline and achieved small scale production, which marked the Wuxi Cummins turbocharging technology achieved local production of high power supercharger and better served domestic customers with higher quality products and faster response.
The new generation HE800FG high power supercharger adopts new turbine design with maximum voltage side efficiency of 80%, pressure ratio of 4.6 and maximum turbine side efficiency of 82%, which increase overall efficiency largely and decrease engine fuel consumption.
The newly designed impeller prolongs supercharger life and increase durability; at the same time, HE800FG supercharger equipped with large loading capacity bearing and sealing system, which can better adapt strict demands in domestic market.
