SANY is one of the earliest self-developed brands in the field of nuclear power construction in China.
In the early 1970s, China began to develop nuclear power, but for a long time, large-tonnage crawler cranes capable of hoisting key components of nuclear power were almost entirely dependent on imports. In order to get rid of the status, SANY has deeply cultivated the field of nuclear power hoisting and continuously strengthened innovation.

This is the first time in the world that crawler cranes produced in China are used for hoisting of critical components for nuclear power construction.
For more than ten years, SANY crawler cranes have successfully undertaken more than 20 dome hoisting operations for nuclear power plants such as Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant, Yangjiang Nuclear Power Plant, Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant, and Guangdong Taishan Nuclear Power Plant, demonstrating the brilliant achievements of hoisting the nuclear island dome by domestic crawler cranes.
In September this year, SCC52000TM successfully completed the hoisting operation of the dome inside the containment of the "Hualong No. 1" unit of the CGN Taipingling nuclear power project, making new achievements for China's nuclear power.
After more than 40 years of hard work, China Nuclear Power has made great achievements in design, manufacturing, construction, installation, commissioning, operation and other links, and has gradually moved from the edge of the world's nuclear power stage to the center.
Under the guidance of the China’s "3060" carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals, the development of nuclear power has gradually accelerated. In the future, SANY will work together with Chinese nuclear power workers to draw a blueprint for the sustainable development of nuclear power for China and the world.
