20 PowerBloc™ units successfully delivered to a large data center in Beijing

On December 7, the 50th Cummins Power PowerBloc™ containerized diesel generator set was shipped from Cummins Power (China) Co., Ltd. to a large data center in Daxing, Beijing, providing reliable power guarantee for the cloud computing data center with a deployment capacity of 4,000 cabinets.

Cummins PowerBloc™ was quickly recognized by the market shortly after its launch and set many records.

In May 2021, PowerBloc™ was released for the first time at the Data Center Backup Power System Xiangshan Forum, and completed its debut in the Cummins Power Live Broadcast Room, and 3 units were ordered online.

The construction period of the project took only 6 months, and the prefabricated modules took only 30 days to assemble on site in Malaysia, and it took 3 months from assembly to project completion and delivery. The project has been officially put into operation in October 2022, opening a new model of modular data center construction for China's container going overseas.
