April 4, 2023, China, Recently, Zoomlion launched a brand-new 12-ton truck crane, ZTC120V5, which not only fully inherits the advantages of the previous generation of products, but also realizes a new upgrade in performance and technology, further improving operational reliability and driving comfort.

Zoomlion ZTC120V5 truck crane is equipped with 5-section 38m super-large-section “U”-shaped main boom, and the maximum lifting capacity of the fully extended boom is 4t. Among products of the same tonnage, the main boom and hoisting bearing capacity have huge advantages, and the lifting performance is comprehensively leading. The outriggers can span 6.2m across, 5m in length, and have a counterweight of 1.2t. Not only can it be hoisted high and far, but it can also be hoisted more, which is unique in terms of hoisting stability.

At the same time, Zoomlion's self-made truck crane chassis is used to make its driving performance and passability better; the standard configuration of 12R22.5 steel wire tires also enhances the stability and operability of the vehicle.

Zoomlion ZTC120V5 is equipped with Yuchai 235 horsepower National VI engine, 8-speed synchronizer gearbox and high-speed ratio drive axle. The power transmission is perfectly matched, giving it surging power. The maximum speed of the whole machine can reach 80km/h, and the maximum climbing gradient can reach 42°. If there is an emergency turning section, the minimum turning diameter can be as low as 18.5m.

Zoomlion ZTC120V5 is equipped with the industry's first ultra-energy-saving variable pump hydraulic system, and is equipped with a hydraulic oil radiator as standard. Compared with the traditional gear pump hydraulic system, the fuel-saving benefit is greatly improved, and it is more stable. Equipped with Yuchai high compression ratio engine and high transmission efficiency gearbox power system, the fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is only 18.5L.

In addition, in order to meet the needs of operations at different altitudes and the needs of different customers, this crane is also designed with an adjustable idle speed mode to meet the power requirements of different working conditions, which brings great maneuverability and site stability.

Zoomlion ZTC120V5 has designed a mainstream commercial vehicle cab, 860 classic large-space control room and a side-mounted instrument panel. It is equipped with standard sleepers, electric doors and windows, and has a large effective use space. It also designs multi-directional adjustable soft-pack armrest seats, enabling drivers to have a safe and comfortable working environment. 7-inch touch color display force limiter, brand-new human-computer interaction interface, luffing flat virtual wall, Internet of Things technology and other multiple intelligent designs lead the new benchmark of intelligent lifting.
