Sany Silica Energy secures11.7 GW orders

June 6, 2023, Shanghai, China, From May 24th to 26th, the 16th (2023) SNEC International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy Conference and Exhibition were grandly held in Shanghai. Sany Silica Energy made a strong debut with its new technologies, products, and achievements.

On the first day of the exhibition, Sany Silica Energy hosted a product launch event, officially unveiling the new Sany Super 620W TOPCon module to the public for the first time.

The module's dimensions perfectly match the standard 40-foot shipping container, reducing transportation costs by approximately 5.1%. By utilizing the shipping container, it avoids the impact of size deviations and, compared to PERC modules, reduces the photovoltaic system cost by 3.1%, levels the cost of electricity by 6.4%, and increases the project's return on investment by 8.1%. The audience at the event enthusiastically gave their thumbs up in response.

During the exhibition, Sany Silica Energy achieved great success by signing a series of strategic cooperation agreements and securing intent orders. Furthermore, in order to fully implement Sany Group's "Three Transformations" development strategy and achieve a global industrial layout, Sany Silica Energy signed a total of 2.6 GW of overseas intent orders with Uzbekistan, Malaysia, and Myanmar. In the end, Sany Silica Energy secured a total of 11.7 GW of domestic and international orders.

In response to the national "Dual Carbon" strategy and relying on Sany Group's experience in equipment manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing, Sany Group entered the photovoltaic industry in 2022 and established Sany Silica Energy to support the transformation and upgrading of China's new energy industry.

At the 16th (2023) SNEC International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy Conference and Exhibition, Sany Silica Energy's debut showcased Sany's higher standards and strength.
