June 19, 2023, Shanghai, China, On June 15th, Jiangling Motors' new energy brand held a press conference in Shanghai, where it officially announced the launch of its new energy brand, Jiangling Lexing. This marks the beginning of Jiangling Motors' new journey in the field of new energy vehicles. At the event, the brand unveiled its all-new pure electric platform for light trucks, the Jiangling Lexing E-road, which had its global debut and went on sale with a price range of 182,588 yuan to 269,888 yuan.

Jiangling Lexing new energy products boast strong operational capabilities across all domains and weather conditions. The chassis offers outstanding reliability, off-road performance, load-carrying capacity, and safety performance as its four major advantages. In terms of power, the vehicles utilize J-Blue, Jiangling's new energy superpower technology, which features industry-leading high-torque flat-wire motors, SiC (silicon carbide) multi-in-one controllers, and EHB (electronic hydraulic brake) energy recovery technology. The comprehensive energy recovery under various operating conditions reaches 19%, resulting in lower operating costs. The vehicles are equipped with a new generation of high-security and high-energy batteries, as well as an industry-first efficient lightweight integrated electric drive axle, providing powerful performance to meet the requirements of logistics and freight transportation in various scenarios.

Moreover, the new generation of Jiangling Lexing’s new energy technology architecture also incorporates a powerful intelligent system, including the J-Space intelligent cabin, J-Link intelligent cloud, and J-Pilot intelligent driving, enabling deep integration with the new chassis of Jiangling Lexing and officially ushering in a new era of intelligent mobility.

As the champion vehicle in the 7th China New Energy Logistics Vehicle Challenge, the Jiangling Lexing E-road, with the support of the new generation of new energy technology architecture, has surpassed multiple performance standards in terms of power, energy efficiency, range, and braking, setting a new global benchmark for pure electric light trucks. This vehicle was officially launched and its pricing for different versions catering to various scenarios was announced.
