Sany Enters the Refrigerated Truck Segment

In October 2023, Sany's new generation hybrid refrigerated vehicle was delivered in Nanyang, Henan Province, marking Sany's official entry into the field of commercial refrigerated vehicles.

Sany commercial refrigerated vehicle adopts intelligent electronic control system. The battery has a range of 260km and provides approximately one day continuous operation on one charge. In terms of safety, the vehicle features ABS + ESC braking system, reversing radar & image, front fog lamp + rearview mirror heating function to ensure safe travel in rainy and snowy days; Using the refrigerated “Trucklink” vehicle networking technology, the real-time monitoring of vehicle positioning and energy consumption, and the online recording of cargo temperature throughout the whole process are realized; The 4.2-meter super-long container is insulated with ultraviolet-resistant materials on the top plate, insulated with ultra-low water absorption and environmentally friendly sealant on the inside, and edged with aerodynamic design on the outer layer to ensure both low energy consumption and refrigeration effect.

In the future, Sany commercial refrigerated trucks will launch more new products to meet various demands based on the two platforms designed for medium trucks and light trucks, following the three new energy technology routes of pure electricity, hybrid power and hydrogen fuel.

At present, Sany has two commercial vehicle industrial parks, two R&D centers and one comprehensive test center, and keeps the first production and sales volume in new energy heavy trucks, mixers and dump trucks all the year round. Sany's entry into the field of commercial refrigerated vehicles will bring zero-carbon technology to the cold chain logistics industry to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
