Geely new energy commercial vehicles’ sales ranked first in June in China

August 2, 2022, Zhejiang, China, Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geely Holding Group. It is the first commercial vehicle group in China that focuses on the field of new energy vehicles, and also the representative of a new generation of commercial vehicles with "green and intelligent" technology as the core. Within a few years, Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle has rapidly developed from a new force to a leader in the green and smart transportation industry.
 

In 2021, Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle rapidly developed into a leading enterprise in the industry through product and business model innovation, achieving a year-on-year increase of 288% in overall sales. Among them, the sales volume of new energy heavy trucks increased by 369.9% YOY, ranking first in the industry in all target markets; the sales volume of new energy light trucks increased by 460.6% year-on-year, ranking first in the industry; the sales volume of extended-range light trucks increased by 372.0% year-on-year, ranking first in the industry for three consecutive years and maintaining a leading position in the market.

In the first half of this year, Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle continued to lead the industry, with overall sales ranking first both in June and the first half of the year. The sales of Farizon new energy light trucks ranked first in the industry from January to June, with a market share of 26.87% in June.
 

Under the guidance of the new product concept of "R&D as the guide", Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle has completed the five product lines of heavy trucks, light trucks, small and micro trucks, LCVs and passenger cars in an orderly manner, becoming the first in China to complete new energy product layout.

At present,  Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle has been deployed in six bases in Nanchong, Sichuan Province, Shangrao, Jiangxi Province, Zibo, Shandong Province, Jinzhong, Shanxi Province, Ma'anshan, Anhui Province, and Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, becoming the leader of new commercial vehicles.

Accelerating to become a comprehensive service provider of smart green transportation technology, leading the era of new commercial vehicles, and helping the commercial vehicle industry to implement the dual-carbon strategy are the long-term plans of Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle.
