Recently more and more richer Chinese family like self-drive outskirts traveling rather than following tourism guides. Currently there are about 8.8 million motor homes in the U.S., while the figure is about 4,500 units in China.
The State Council published Regulation to Boost Tourism Industry in 2009, which rules that yachts and motor homes will be encouraged to develop as tourism equipment.
So related standards need to be established referring to products, markets, highway tolls, insurance as well as rents.
