Look at the structural design
The tank adopts a pear-shaped structure with a small inclination angle, low center of gravity, and safe and stable driving.
01/Cylinder
Both the cylinder and blade materials use the super-strong plate jointly developed by CIMC and Baosteel, which is a special material with high wear resistance and low yield strength customized for mixer trucks. The wear resistance is 1.5 times higher than that of ordinary materials.
02/Upper power system
The power transmission method of the motor directly driving the reducer is adopted. The axial size of the disc motor is 145mm and the weight is 40Kg. It has the industry-leading advantages of small size, light weight and high performance.
03/Blade
The blade structure is jointly developed in cooperation with Tongji University. The circular liquid fluid theory simulation analysis is carried out on the spiral blade of the mixer truck to optimize the blade structure, improve the mixing performance and the feeding and discharging speed; the wear-resistant round steel is welded on the top of the blade, and the wear-resistant life is increased by more than three years compared with the non-welded structure; the front and rear cones are welded to the stirring plate to form a three-dimensional stirring to improve the mixing performance.
04/Frame
The rectangular tube of the frame longitudinal beam is designed with three-dimensional design and CAE stress analysis, so the coordination between the components is more reasonable, which effectively improves the vehicle's overall performance.
05/Feeding and discharging system
The feed hopper adopts a double-layer thickened wear-resistant steel structure, with a total thickness greater than the traditional three-layer structure, and eliminates the disadvantage of the three-layer non-fitting; the discharge chute adopts integral stamping, lengthens the three-layer wear-resistant steel structure, and extends the service life of the discharge chute; the wear-resistant plate material of the feed and discharge hopper is changed to NM450, made of high-strength wear-resistant steel, which increases wear resistance and improves service life.

The total life cycle cost of a mixer truck is composed of the purchase cost, fuel/charging cost, maintenance cost and residual value of the mixer truck. Electric mixer trucks consume 1.2~1.4kWh of electricity per kilometer, which is equivalent to less than 1 yuan per kilometer of transportation cost, while fuel trucks are 3.75 yuan/kilometer, and the fuel transportation cost is much higher than that of electric mixer trucks. Not only that, from the perspective of transportation volume, the more cubic meters and mileage an electric mixer truck transports, the higher the return on investment of the electric mixer truck after comprehensive amortization.
