August 30, 2022, Guangxi, China, On August 28, Yuchai and Eaton Vehicle Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, based on the principle of win-win cooperation and mutual benefit, the two parties will carry out comprehensive cooperation in the fields of national VI, national VII engine, and new energy, so as to improve the market influence and achieve common development.

Eaton has entered Yuchai supply system since 2017, and has realized the supply of various parts and components, forming a good strategic partnership with Yuchai. In the future, Eaton will allocate global resources to conduct simultaneous R&D, support and development with Yuchai, and become the best strategic supplier of Yuchai. It is hoped that Yuchai and Eaton will cooperate in a wider field to achieve a win-win situation.

After 5 years of strategic cooperation, the supply share of Eaton products in Yuchai has continued to increase, and the cooperation between the two parties has also been continuously upgraded.
