November 16, 2022, Guangxi, China, On November 14, 2022, at Yuchai headquarters, Yuchai signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Wanliyang Co., Ltd.

According to the agreement, the two parties will give full play to their advantages in technology and resources in the machinery manufacturing industry, and promote comprehensive strategic cooperation between the two parties in the fields of new energy and traditional commercial vehicle transmission systems with the aim at complete vehicles and the market. In the future, the two parties will establish a company-level technology execution communication mechanism and work system, carry out work in the aspects of market demand, scene working conditions, technology upgrade, structure performance matching, quality improvement, etc., carry out business in various sectors through project management, and promote project implementation to realize information sharing and common development.

Zhejiang Wanliyang is one of the leading transmission companies in China. Its products cover passenger car transmissions, commercial vehicle transmissions, new energy drive transmission systems, and auto parts such as gear shafts and housing covers.
